  1. What countries do you ship to?

    We currently only ship within the United States, however we can arrange international shipping if you are able to provide a UPS, FedEx, or DHL account number. We hope to expand our international shipping capabilities early next year.

  2. What is your return/exchange policy?

    We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase on many items. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. However if there are items that are special order we may not be able to accept a return. All return must have an RMA #, in order for credit to be applied.

  3. How long will it take to get my order?

    Stock orders ship the same day. Direct ship orders typically ship within 48-72 hours. Orders that require case pack breaks or items that we bring through our warehouse typically ship in 4-6 days. Special order items take longer depending on their lead time.

  4. What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and bank transfers.

  5. Do you have gift packaging options?

    No we do not offer gift packaging at this time.

  6. How long does order processing take?

    Order processing time varies by the type of order. Stock orders are processed immediately and ship the same day. Direct ship orders and special orders may take additional processing time.

  7. How do I cancel/modify an order?

    To cancel or modify an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed, we may not be able to make changes.

  8. How can I track my order?

    Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on our website or through the carrier's website.

  9. What if my order arrives damaged?

    If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or refund.
