Product Description: 3M™ Secondary Liner 4996 liner is a clear 1.4 mil polyester film with a silicone release coating on one side. The film liner is designed to provide strength as well as moisture stability while the coating delivers low release from many adhesives. This clear secondary liner is ideal for graphics inspection of backlit panels.

3M™ Secondary Liner 4996 is a clear 1.4 mil polyester film liner with a silicone release coating on one side. This coating features low release properties when used with many 3M adhesives and the liner is commonly used for graphics inspection of backlit panels. The film construction provides strength and moisture stability for storage as well as resistance to wrinkles and curling. 3M™ Secondary Liner 4996 can also be used for single and double sided tapes and selective die-cutting.
